I’m a design leader with extensive experience across eCommerce, SaaS Applications, CMS and AI.

I spent over a decade at Next PLC, progressing from designer to User Experience Manager, leading teams and delivering major initiatives across discovery, checkout and account experiences.

I enjoy staying close to the work, collaborating with product and systems teams, exploring new technology and helping ideas move from concept to experiences customers actually use.
